Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
